They are very personable and friendly they truly care about their patients. I feel seen and heard every time I go into see my primary doctor. Dr. Deagan and Mike the wonderful person who makes me laugh who checks your blood pressure and gets you ready for the doctor. I highly recommend Health express primary care in Cleveland at Pearl st location.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my visit. I arrived at approximately 4:01 p.m. for a 5:00 p.m. appointment with my daughter and politely asked the receptionist (a woman with short dark hair) whether there was any possibility of being seen a little earlier if time allowed. I fully understood that my appointment was scheduled for 5:00 p.m. and was simply asking if an earlier opening happened to be available. The receptionist responded, “No, we are busy. You can be seen at 5 p.m. like you scheduled online. You should know, you made the appointment.” While I understand that the office may have been busy and that seeing me earlier may not have been possible, the comment about me making the appointment was wholly unnecessary and came across as rude and dismissive. I felt the communication was neither professional nor courteous and it made me uncomfortable for the remainder of my visit. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the interaction did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, the experience has led me to decide that I will not be returning to this office in the future.

I went into the Shaker Heights location with some health problems and what I really needed as a primary care doctor. Unfortunately all places I had tried recently were three months out at the soonest. They recommended me to this location for a PCP, I had an appointment for two days later. The staff was great, the visit itself was very informative and covered my needs. I'm amazed to have gotten a visit only two days later. Would definitely recommend.

I received excellent care during my virtual visit. The provider was kind, attentive, and really listened to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and supported the whole time. Highly recommend!
