I had an amazing experience it was a Saturday evening and also a gender reveal for my granddaughter. Their compassion was amazing. The physician assistant made me feel very safe with his treatment. The nurse took extra Care with my injury. I was back at the gender reveal within the hour.

I love the Middleburg Heights location. Friendly & professional staff, always answering any questions or concerns I may have. While all the providers there are great, my all time favorite is Monica. I have seen her many times and she is always so easy to talk to and very understanding, always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. Sherry at the front desk is so kind and pleasant to talk to. Thank you all & keep up the good work.🙏😊💖

I went way too long with a 103.6 temperature and just alternated ibuprofen/tyelonal every 6-8 hours until I was like that for 4 days of misery bc I didn’t want an ER bill. Nowa was amazing and Dr Edward was so kind. They were so quick and efficient and took care all of my needs so quickly. So greatful to have found them and would recommend them to anyone!

The Dr directly assisted in the up most professional manner. She pin pointed my problem by actually listening to what I was saying about my symptoms and giving me a bacterial swab test ( which most hospitals do not even have yet ). I’m very impressed with the care they give versus going to a Cleveland clinic express care. Definitely 5 stars from me

Friendly staff greeted me and checked me into my appointment. I just booked 2 hrs prior. Could have gotten in sooner but this time was the best. I was early to my appointment and I was taken back early. Ashley treated me with compassion and willingness to listen. My appointment was quick but efficient, covering all concerns without judgment. I was able to pick up my prescription a half hr later from my preferred pharmacy.
