To help others moving forward: their listed address appears to be incorrect, and the people on the phone aren't on-site, it's an answering service. When we needed urgent care, they couldn't answer my question about whether they had an X-ray on-site, and told me they'd call me back very quickly once they confirmed. They never called. We decided to march across town to the listed address to see if we could receive some care, only to the doors locked. Calling a second time confirmed they're in a totally different location, allegedly. Very frustrating experience. I still haven't received the promised call back after leaving two messages. We left town and went elsewhere after wasting a half an hour trying to get help from them.
