I got pretty lucky. Lobby was completely empty! Staff was wonderful! Arrived around 4am. Left around 545pm. The timing is not important but the customer service is. I'm grateful that I was listened to, respected and referred to the appropriate providers post visit.

I’m so grateful that my neighbor recommended this ER to us. I live in the area and didn’t know it was there. The first time I was there was with my daughter and the entire staff was wonderful. I’ve been there twice since then, for myself (within 2 days). I can not say enough positive things about my experience(s). Every time, the staff has been wonderful- from check-in to the nurse walking me out. It is the quickest & most efficient ER I’ve ever been to. Even more importantly, every member of the staff that I’ve encountered has been respectful, patient, compassionate, and attentive!

They don't believe in, and turn away suicidal people. I imagine a lawsuit waiting to happen. This emergency room had a disgusting display of lack of concern or compassion for someone communicating that they are in active crisis. Thankfully a different hospital did their job well (Southwest), and we don't have to bury a family member. This could have went very poorly to say the least. Do better.

I went in for severe stomach pains. They did a urine decided it’s constipation and a uti. “Come back if it doesn’t get better .” So here we are 5 days later. Still severe pain and now just over all feel terrible. Get taken back, explain to the , I NOW FEEL WORSE, they take yet another urine. So the dr who ever was on that day which is feb 20 the time was between 12 pm and 1., so the dr comes in, basically says “ we told you it was the UTI, “ I say” but I now feel much worse.” She say”Well you’re probably coming down with something.” And walks out. This woman, who seems to think she is a dr, has zero bedside manner, she talks to you like a 3 year old and regardless of your question, shuts you down like she is in a rush just to get away from you. This is WRONG!!!!! I have had this happen to me before at Hilcrest, was told , oh , you’re fine go home . So pain never subsides, I went to Charity downtown a few hours late. And guess what I DID HAVE, PANCREATITIS!!!!!! Was in the hospital 12 days on zero good and antibiotics. Could have killed me. So excuse me when a dr rushes in from looking a a urine , gives her best answer and doesn’t listen to what the patient is saying, that I get a bit worried, maybe something is wrong. So that being said, yes this ER is faster, but go to on that is busy. At least you’ll be heard and maybe find out what is really wrong. Instead of being brushed off by a know it all dr.

I wish I could give it two and a half I know that don't seem like much but it's a little different I will say that the staff at this facility has been much nicer than at Mercy hospital The bedside manner seems to be well just better with me and my dad having said that I'm a little disappointed I had such high hopes when we first went there I was glad he was there because everyone was so nice but they don't really seem to follow through with what is being told no one it calls me when he is refusing things I've asked multiple times for that to happen because I could help I don't feel that anyone is walking him to the bathroom I feel that he just lays in that bed and I don't know I'm disheartened by the whole medical field boy when you get older and you don't have any other options you really get it stuck to you and you are at the complete mercy of people that are with any luck somewhat kind.
