The wait time is insanely LONG. Three hours of waiting for less than 5 mins of doctor time. Not coming here again.

I have to give them 5 stars, from the moment I came in the urgent care staff was extremely nice, the reception desk, student nurse, x-ray technician, nurse practitioner, pharmacy. I was told there was 2 hour wait and it was just under that. I was in the waiting room for about 40 minutes and then called back. The nurse practitioner took her time to listen to me and she explained thoroughly what I needed to do to heal. I thank them for that.

Let the parking lot serve as your first cue to avoid this place. There are very few spots and street parking requires payment. I waited for over two hours to be seen by a doctor. Ultimately I did not receive care at this location. If you value your time, go elsewhere.

I've been here several times for appointments, and all the staff are so friendly and helpful to me ☺️♥️ I was nervous going to the hospital 🏥 but the doctors and staff made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen to me carefully. The facilities here are always very clean & sanitary ✨ All of my scheduled appointments were ON TIME, and I never waited more than 1 minute.👍🏼 People walking into the clinic like it's a fast food restaurant expecting to get served immediately 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Don't walk in here demanding to be helped like you're the only person in the world who has issues...

I came in SOB and they got me in really quick. They took good care of me listening to my concerns. great bedside manner. I highly recommend coming here
