How can you be an emergency room and Not have an ultrasound technician on site past a certain time. Also they definitely dont take women's health to serious here.

Took a loved one to get some tests done here. Very clean facilities and corridors. The information staff is good however they could use more of them. This is a great hospital I was learning from a few patients in the waiting rooms. There is a east and west wing from the parking lot. They have their own police so everything is pretty safe outside. The Doctors are incredible and straight forward with facts. The staff is very easy to understand and helpful. This is a Great hospital for your needs.

I have been to this ER twice and will NEVER return. Both times I was misdiagnosed and sent away. The first time I had severe ankle pain. Despite negative X-rays and no history of recent injury, they decided it was a sprain and referred me to Podiatry. The Podiatrist 2 days later (after continued pain) diagnosed me within seconds with Gout. There was even a simple blood test. Then today I returned with what I knew was a perianal abscess. I have had one before, and I could feel the abscess with by finger. Unfortunate, the person that handled it before could not get me in, and my pain was getting more severe. So I went hoping I could get it drained. But, without doing anything more than a visual exam of the spot where I could feel it (choosing not to palpate it themselves) - two different doctors, mind you, and with a CT that the tech said could see the abscess, the radiologist on duty thought different, claimed I had no abscess, and they sent me home. Maybe they can explain why by abscess just burst and I squeezed a bunch of puss out! Turns out I did have an abscess! Hope I don't go septic waiting to be seen by someone that knows what they are doing!

Wait time is so short because they don’t run standard/ mandatory tests. I fainted and hit my head and they gave me a pregnancy test and an ekg! That’s it no other tests. No blood work no mri or cat scan. The doctor put that I was alert and awake. Yea I was conscious but not alert enough to answer questions. I couldn’t walk on my own.

absolutely the worst er to come to. explains why it’s always empty. took my infant in because her cough was choking her and her mucus was draining profusely. I GET THAT ITS SICK SEASON. i don’t need 3 people to repeatedly tell me that. i was treated like absolute garbage and less than a human by the nurse TIM. if you don’t like your job or actually caring about people WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE. left mid visit because i couldn’t take being talked down to anymore when im trying to get my child to stop screaming. as i was trying to calm her down i was told by tim she doesn’t even have the flu. TELL ME THAT NEXT TIME AND GET THE INFANT OUT OF THE ER IF EVERYONE IS SO DAMN SICK.
