I came here because of an apparent staph infection. The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and had the audacity to argue whether she was going to bend my license "maybe I'll just do it for fun". Anyways I got checked in and seen the nurse who is always nice and professional. But the doctor that I had at this particular visit seemed very uninterested on why I was there. She asking questions and rolling her eyes. It wasn't until she actually removed the bandages that she had indeed seen the severity of it. Yes at that point she did seem concerned and did what she had to do take care of the wound. She took a culture test and said it would be on my chart within 24 hours. It has been 4 days and still no results!

I DO not recommend visiting I called and explained I was not able to take the medication I was prescribed due to it making me ill. I got a response saying since I finished the medication I would need to follow up with my Dr. I called back and explained I was looking for an alternative medication and I got put on hold everytime with no response no call back after leaving a message just terrible communication. I still don’t have my issue resolved. Long story short do not go here!

very bad experience! it should be an express care facility. no one should be waiting 2 hours to get covid tested. and the reason for that was that they only had one provider!! the customer service did not tell me that i need time to do the test. they just kept me waiting. thats a shame for a superior Cleveland Care facility

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Downtown Express Care Clinic. The doctors were unresponsive and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. It felt like no one truly cared about my health. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic if you're seeking attentive and professional medical care.

I went in for issues I was having with my ears. The PA that was working was the only staff member there at the time, which I'm sympathetic to, but the care I got was totally insufficient so now I'll have 2 nice urgent care bills coming my way. They irrigated one of my ears, the PA insisted the other one was fine - it wasn't, it was still plugged up and in pain. I asked if there was any chance of infection, she gave a super quick "no" before rushing out of the room and I didn't even have a chance to say that my other ear was still plugged and I felt like I was getting sick. The whole time I felt rushed and didn't even have an opportunity to ask questions about the care or what I was experiencing. So I left with one ear still clogged and both ears and my nose and throat in pain. Strangely enough, my boyfriend went to this same location that morning for ear trouble - his was clogged but he wasn't in any pain. They irrigated which took care of the problem, then the same PA I saw insisted he had an infection and gave antibiotics. He said he wasn't in any pain, she continued to insist it was an infection. He never took the antibiotics and has been totally fine, so clearly there was no infection. I will say the wait time was pretty quick, so if you've got some sniffles or something that can be taken care of quickly, maybe give it a shot here, but if your problem will require any kind of analysis or conversation you very well might be screwed over/misdiagnosed, and then either billed for an unnecessary medication or having to deal with 2 urgent care bills. I am definitely sympathetic to the stress of being understaffed, but you're doing your patients a much bigger disservice by rushing. At the end of the day, this is gonna waste even more of my time than a longer wait time would have.
