Horrible place with horrible rude and uncaring staff. I went in this morning to ask them if they had called a tow truck to remove my car the night before right before they closed up. (Signs are NOT clearly posted and so unseen by multiple people who wound up with huge problem and huge bill while trying to support local business on a Thursday night). Thanks for a great effort supporting the mental health of people trying to relax after a day of meaningful work. The answer? You can't park in our lot. Said with a smirk and sneer and belligerent tone. Mean and seem glad to be mean. No wonder there is NO ONE in the place. Who would go there? I would definitely not trust them with my health care needs. They clearly just want money. The parking lot was practically empty and they were closing and they chose to call tow trucks to remove cars that were not in anyone's way in an area with notoriously difficult parking. Yes of course if I had been properly warned I would never have parked there. But there is so little ability to know this when you are driving in their driveway. No warning signs actually in the parking lot anywhere. (probably a bad look for UH although they can't be bothered with the dead bushes and weeds all around the place). UH used to be my go to place since the Clinic went land and power crazy. Guess it is now Metro for me.

Everyone was so nice got me in really quick addressed my issues. I would return they only do urine test and have an xray, no blood work ups or ultrasound imaging.

I had a really great experience at this urgent care. The facility was very clean, and I was taken back quickly without a long wait, which I really appreciated. The provider I saw was excellent, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on and how to manage it. I felt listened to, cared for, and not rushed at all. Overall, it was a very positive visit, and I would definitely recommend this urgent care to others

A few days after my tooth extraction, I was still in a lot of pain, so I booked an online appointment. I was in and out in about 30 minutes or less with antibiotics and an oral rinse. The front desk staff and doctors were incredibly kind and welcoming. I love this location—it's very clean and conveniently close to home, which is much better than making the trip to the Westlake University Hospital location.
