Having 3 kiddos, we visit a lot of Urgent Cares! The staff at this facility is so kind. They are very patient with the kids and do try to get you in and out in a timely manner. On this particular visit we needed an X-ray and they did a wonderful job of calming my child and wrapping it in a temporary cast. They also were able to get us a next day appointment with orthopedic.

I made an appointment and by the time I got to the appointment I was probably seen within five minutes. Everyone there from the check-in staff to the on-call physician were incredibly nice! I needed to go for an x-ray. They explained everything. I did a breathing treatment and again they explained everything and they sent me home secure in the knowledge with the medication’s. I’m to take and when. I love UH and with this new location, it gives me another option to go somewhere, should I need to in a flash.

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff is very nice and I was in a room within 5 minutes after arriving. The PA I seen was very nice and took time to listen to my symptoms. She was very thorough in her exam and I was able to have the prescribed medication filled right there in the office. I will definitely go back here. It’s the best urgent care in Parma. Thank you guys so much!

I’m very grateful for the care I received at this clinic. I came in sick and worried, and the staff treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. They diagnosed RSV, explained everything clearly, and made me feel safe and supported. It really made a difference during a difficult few days. Thank you for your compassion and excellent care.

Setting up an appointment through the website was extremly easy. Registration and check in process was straightforward. Upon arriving at the Urgent Care center I was greeted by the receptionist and moved to a room at the time of my appointment. I waited only 5 minutes for the doctor. The doctor listened, answered my questions and did not rush the visit. I would recommend the Parma UH Urgent Care Center.
