I was able to schedule online and be seen immediately by their friendly staff. Had X-rays taken and had an informative visit with the nurse practitioner all within about a half an hour. Great experience. Well, as good as an urgent care situation can be. 😊

The staff was very nice and helpful. Did not have to wait long at all. If you need an urgent care facility I would highly recommend.

I started to feel worse late last night and this morning the coughing had gotten so much worse. I got online and was very excited to see that the open at 8:00A.M., booked online, got in the car and drove there. Young woman at the front desk was so nice, I barely sat when I was called back for triage. Vitals done in no time, test swab taken and into a room. 17 minutes later, positive for a virus. Amazing pleasant, and fast. They're all very professional. Great experience.

It took 3 hours to be seen. There wasn’t that many people there in my opinion for such a long wait. Definitely not “urgent” care. I probably could have went to the emergency room and been seen quicker than that. Staff was nice and the place was clean.

This facility has some good and many less good things about it: The Good: Staff are great, Nurse Kylie and RPN Timothy did a great job. The facility is new, clean and large enough to accommodate many customers. The hours are great 8am-8am - 7-days/wk The Less Good: The cost is $175 no matter what and payment is in advance. They were not able to treat me and suggested I go to UH ER. So $175 down the drain. That should have been credited to my ER bill or something. This place to me is mostly like for kids injuries (checking for broken bones), fevers, colds, etc. I guess they do virus testing (nasal?), but they did not test me (stomach virus) which would have been nice. They can’t do any blood or lab testing here, only basic urine. Lastly, the music they were playing was loud hip-hop, which is a weird choice for a medical faculty, and at 9am on a Sunday was not helping me feel any better. More importantly, this place needs a clear list of what they can and can not treat before you pay! They have a short list of major emergencies they can’t treat on the website, but this is missing many other common medical situations that make someone need medical attention.
