My experience with Ally was amazing! Going to the ER is never fun but from Amanda welcoming us at the front desk, to Jess, Dana and Erica getting us settled and comfortable with vitals, blood draw and IV’s, my daughter and I felt so at peace. Dr. Rockwood treated my daughter and was incredible and gave us a clear, concise and very knowledgeable treatment plan. The facility is so clean and the team is amazing! Thank you, Dr. Rockwood and the Ally team!!! Im a fan for life 🫶

I had a great experience at this location. I was treated quickly with absolutely no wait time, which was a huge relief. The entire staff was incredibly caring and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my visit. Highly recommend them if you need urgent care in the Austin area!

Great experience (aside from me being so sick I had to find urgent care lol). Their website tells you if there's a wait and lets you schedule a time to come in, so you can spend those 30 mins waiting at home rather than their waiting room. I didn't have a wait. The space is clean and looks new. You can tell "customer service" is the differentiator they're going for, which is a nice change of pace from other urgent care centers that just cut costs to the bone and have a small staff which keeps you stuck for 3 hours. Amanda at the front desk was nice and gave me a free "to go" bag with a bunch of free healthcare stuff/samples. Freddy and Dana were the nurses, very nice and explained things well. Dr Best treated me with care, which I appreciated. She even gave me a note to give my boss that says I shouldn't go to work for two days lol. Hopefully I won't get so sick that I need to go back, but if I do, I'll go back here.

I had a really positive experience at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, Mirene at the front desk was welcoming, kind, and very patient, which immediately put me at ease. Nurse Kimberly was also incredibly compassionate and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and understood throughout the process. Dr. Price took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and approach my situation with genuine empathy and care. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that the entire team was committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a supportive and professional healthcare experience.

I was taken very good care of at Ally medical ER on Burnet Road today. I came in very worried about my symptoms and everything was addressed. Kya was at the front desk and she helped me understand how billing works and Adriana ran my X-rays recommended by Doctor Shyam who also recommended tests that came along with every single one of my symptoms. Dave was my Nurse who walked me through all the tests and made sure that everything was double checked making me feel reassured. Everything about my experience was great and everyone was super nice. Thankyou guys!!
