We visited this emergency room after my husband experienced an allergic reaction. The medical team provided immediate and highly professional care. Every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, and compassionate. We are very grateful for their excellent service and would strongly recommend this facility.

My son passed out then fell and hit his head at school. The Dr did a very limited interview and almost no physical exam. He did not even look at my son's head where he faceplanted, but performed 2 diagnostics. He said the results were normal, but I was still concerned and brought up a CT head. Dr stated "If you want to expose him to the radiation." And I said "We don't do this every day." No further discussion. The CT report listed the reason for exam as "Mother's Demand". Not that the Dr asked, but Mother has a history of seizures, and is an ER veteran of 15y. I have zero confidence in the assessment performed and we will not be back.

I went to this location today and the provider I saw, Dr. Adams, was extremely patronizing and combative from the start of my visit. I felt very dismissed, even after her telling me she wasn’t trying to be dismissive, which leads me to believe she was aware of her tone with me. I came to the emergency center on the advice of an after hours nurse hotline. She asked very condescending questions like “what do you expect from us treatment wise” and “what kind of tests do you want me to run” which I replied “I’m not a doctor I don’t know!”. I was extremely disappointed and frankly annoyed by her tone with me. I could have accepted the fact that there wasn’t much they could do for me at this location, but I really could have done without her attitude. Patients deserve respect and professionalism and I did not experience that here. The receptionist and nurse were very kind, though.

I drove my husband here so I’m just going to comment on the facility and not the actual urgent care itself. We walked in at 7 AM, was greeted by the friendly staff and quickly checked in. Comfort wise this place is great. The waiting room is spacious with comfortable chairs & sofas and flatscreen TVs. There’s also Wi-Fi, bottled water and restrooms in the waiting area. If you’re going to be waiting for someone for an extended time and need a break there’s a H-E-B and a Starbucks next door. Plenty of free parking, open 24 hours.

Went in and experienced nothing but kindness and respect, the doctor was very understanding and helpful and the nursing staff was great, especially Vanessa who helped me understand the steps needed regarding a follow up
