I visited this urgent care recently and was very impressed. The check-in process was smooth, the wait time was minimal, and the clinic was very clean. The provider was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt well taken care of and would definitely come back if needed.

Belinda was very kind and attentive. She made me feel comfortable and really listened to my concerns. The front desk ladies were also very nice and welcoming.

Very professional and attentive. I was well taken care of. The provider was friendly and understanding of my issue. It was very relaxing while I was getting my treatment, and there was even a recliner with a built-in massage feature.

I had a PHENOMENAL experience. I am so glad I chose Epic as my urgent care when I was needing help. I had a great experience from the start when I made the first phone call. They are exceptional at what they do - the care I was given was thorough, the people there go above and beyond, they were beyond efficient, the atmosphere was great and they really care about your wellbeing.

I came into Epic Urgent Care with a bad migraine, and the staff made the experience so much easier. Lupita at the front desk was very kind and quick to get me checked in. Dr. Hagen was thoughtful, attentive, and really took the time to help me feel better. Shaun, who administered my medication, was also great and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Really appreciate the care and professionalism from everyone here!
