This place is the best!! I unfortunately had to go twice in the past 3 weeks and both times they were so kind and understanding and took such wonderful care of me. All of the doctors and staff remembered me the second time even down to what exactly happened, I didn't need to re-explain myself. They were super quick to get me in and the service was quick to get me out just a few hours later. Couldn't speak more highly of the employees and care I received here!

I had a great experience at this ER after breaking my ankle. The staff was kind, professional, and very attentive. Everyone had excellent bedside manner, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation much easier. I’m very grateful for the care I received. Thank you to the whole team!

colitis and a bad stomach bug. Ace, Emmanuel, and Dr. Patterson were amazing—extremely attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Priscilla at the front desk was also incredibly kind and thorough. I’m usually hesitant about going to hospitals because I haven’t had great experiences in the past. Most places just give you fluids and send you home. But here, they kept me overnight, monitored me closely, kept me on fluids, and ran all the proper tests. God forbid I ever have something like this happen again, but if I do, this standalone facility is mine—and it should be anyone’s first stop in the Riverside area when something serious needs to be checked out. Keep in mind, they don’t do surgeries, so they would need to transfer you elsewhere for that. Thanks again, everyone. Honestly, I believe this medical team saved my life last night.

They were so professional!! So happy I found them when I felt so bad. I had gone to an urgent care close by that did nothing. So I said let me go see about this ER. The doctor was so helpful and listened to me about my concerns. He immediately came up with his plan of action and later that evening I began to feel somewhat better. I filled my prescriptions and was very very happy with the Dr, the nurse and the tech. The receptionist at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I have already recommended this ER to some friends. Keep up the great bedside manners and the best service I have received. Have a great day!! Rating is 10+, they all went above and beyond. The care team + front receptionist I had when I had a pregnancy scare was FANTASTIC. I appreciate being provided information upfront & honestly and that’s exactly what Dr. Waal did. They were all so kind and very patient with me & my husband. We live in Georgetown & if we ever find ourselves back down in Austin for anything emergency wise: this will be our first hospital we will go back to. I cannot thank the team enough here!!
