Incredible staff all around. Yesterday I went into anaphylactic shock after being stung by some sort of wasp. The nurses did everything they could to keep me calm and comfortable before the doctor got to my room. After a few shots and an hour so of monitoring I was back to normal. What started out as a really scary experience turned out to be some of the best care I’ve ever gotten. I can’t thank yall enough!!

we came in to get checked and screened for possibility of stroke and the ER doctor basically just took blood pressure and downplayed the risks and sent us home.It felt like she was more interested in wrapping up than explaining or caring for patients. The nursing staff etc were great but based on lack of competence I do not recommend this place. Ended up going to a second ER to do an actual exam and CT and we will follow up on this facility for this level of care.

I took my daughter here because she fell and hurt her arm, the female secretary was a nightmare. She was incompetent at doing her job and rude! She stated my insurance was invalid and treated us rudely! After a while she figured out she was wrong and continued to be rude ! A full nightmare, she shouldn’t work with people! Other than that the doctor and the rest of the staff were amazing ! Dr Shepard was super nice and the visit was rather quick! The male nurse was very nice and felt bad and brought us waters. I’ve never had someone treat me so poorly, I wish I gotten her name !

DONT COME HERE! If I could would give this location a 0 star My Husband came for sever back and neck pain since he had an accident and the doctor was so rude as soon as she walked in the room and started asking my husband unnecessary questions. I ask her for an X-ray to be sure as if she was gonna be paying for them and she refuse to do it. Which got me upset and we left. She was not precessional at all. My husband was in pain and simple ignored him and our request for the X-ray. Don’t come here unless you want to be ignored AND TREATED HORRIBLE BY THE DOCTOR .

Don't go here! The doctor looked at me for less than 90 seconds, quite literally, and didn't tell me what the diagnosis was. He just told me he was writing me a prescription. He wound up misdiagnosing me and giving me a medication which made my condition WORSE. I had to go to another emergency room because I got sicker and sicker over the next day. When I was there the doctor even asked me if the doctor at AEC actually examined me because it was plainly obvious what the correct diagnosis is. Medical care isn't free. Not only am I paying for emergency care twice, the prescription I was given by this emergency center—the one that made me sicker—cost 5x as much as the correct one. Go somewhere else.
