Today was my first visit to Carbon health urgent care in Austin. Lots of good things to say about this health facility. To begin with, it’s located very conveniently in a shopping area with lots of parking spaces. It’s a walk-in center so no appointment is needed. The facility is bright and clean, and I was cheerfully greeted by a medical assistant at the desk. Almost immediately, I was escorted in to an exam room where I was evaluated by another medical assistant. Just a few minutes after that, I was seem by a PA who ordered x-rays of my swollen and very achy toe. I never had to leave the exam room because the x-ray technician brought the equipment into the exam room. Evaluation of the xray immediately followed along with treatment recommendations. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism and kind approach of all of the staff at this facility. I’m grateful for the great care that I got there, and I would not hesitate for a moment to return there for any immediate medical needs. So thank you to all the dedicated staff!

This was one of the best urgent cares I’ve been to. I was seen promptly and I felt heard, respected and involved in my care decisions. Kings Karacson PA & Maria Juanche MA were excellent care providers. I would highly recommend and would go back if needed. Not to mention the facility was clean and updated.

I Wish I could remember my medical Assistance’s name so she could be recognized for how wonderful I was treated today getting blood drawn. I let her know that I have a fear of needles and she right away told me we could do whatever to make me feel comfortable. Not to mention I didn’t even feel the Needle. She was super sweet the whole time and the. Provider that came in to talk to me was also super nice. I recommend this place 100%.

We had a great experience at Carbon Health. They saw my child, and the entire team was incredibly friendly, patient, and supportive throughout the visit. The wait time was minimal, and they made my child feel comfortable and took the time to address our concerns without rushing. I highly recommend them.

I just moved to Austin and had a minor infection that I had been hoping would simply clear up. Made an appt and was there within 30 minutes. The intake was super quick which surprised me having out of State insurance. Great care, thorough and I’m on the mend. This location was tops!!!
