Ruchie Palencia 5 months agoAbsolutely amazing clinic! From the moment I walked in, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Elisabeth at the front desk was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and efficient, which immediately set the tone. Francesca, the provider, was just as wonderful—kind, professional, and thorough. They both made the entire visit feel easy and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their patients. I highly recommend coming to this clinic if you’re looking for exceptional service and a great overall experience!
Carrie Hazelbaker 4 months agoI visited this urgent care in Austin, Texas for a required employment drug test after flying in from Atlanta. Due to the late hour, this was my only realistic option, and I relied on them to provide a straightforward occupational health service. After waiting approximately an hour and a half, I was informed that they did not have the necessary supplies to perform the drug test. This information should have been verified at check-in, especially since I stated the purpose of my visit clearly upon arrival. By the time I was told they could not complete the test, it was too late for me to seek another location. This caused unnecessary stress and put me in a difficult position with my deadline. It is extremely disappointing that such a basic service was not available and that this was not communicated in a timely manner. Patients’ time is valuable, and better operational oversight and communication are clearly needed. I would appreciate follow-up from management regarding how this happened and what steps are being taken to ensure this does not happen to others in the future.
Kourosh Mirzaei a month agoI would caution anyone considering this urgent care to look elsewhere, based on my experience last year. Prior to my visit, I was told the clinic accepted my insurance and was in network. On that basis, I went in, paid my $85 copay, and was seen. A full year later, I am now receiving calls from debt collectors stating that I owe $500 because my insurance was never actually accepted. At no point during or after my visit was I informed of any issue. The care itself was equally disappointing. After waiting roughly an hour to be seen, I explained that I was hoping to obtain precautionary medication in case I came down with the flu, a reasonable and routine request. Rather than receiving any actual medical treatment, I was told by the doctor that I should "start praying" and allow the universe to heal me, and that becoming ill was the universe's way of showing love. I left with no medication and no meaningful care. In summary, I paid $85 for a visit that provided nothing of value, was later handed an unexpected $500 bill over insurance the clinic assured me they accepted, and received spiritual platitudes in place of medical advice. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone.
Priyanka Gandhi 2 months agoI had a frustrating experience at this urgent care after coming in with a finger laceration from a blender blade that clearly needed stitches. I had created a makeshift tourniquet using bandaids to help control the bleeding before arriving, and still waited about 45 minutes in the lobby before being seen. When I was finally called back, the PA asked me to remove the bandaids. I was doing so carefully because the skin was loose and the cut was still open, but instead of allowing me to remove it gently, she quickly pulled the last of the bandage off herself, which immediately caused the wound to start bleeding heavily again. Rather than attempting to properly assess or treat the injury, she immediately told me I needed to go to the ER because “the bleeding won’t stop,” which made me worry there was a more serious issue or deeper damage. What was especially concerning was that she was trying to send me to an ER connected to a hospital that likely would have had a much longer wait time, despite knowing I was actively bleeding heavily. Thankfully, the wonderful nurse stepped in and recommended I go to a standalone ER just five minutes away instead, explaining they would be able to see me much faster. That advice made a huge difference, and I’m very grateful for her professionalism, urgency, and common sense in that moment. I went straight to the ER, and within about 20 minutes, the doctor removed the new bandaging and found the wound was not profusely bleeding at all at this point. He was able to clean it and place sutures without issue. He repeatedly said that urgent care should have been able to handle this and did not understand why they sent me away. Now I’m left paying for both an urgent care visit and an ER visit for something that should have been treated correctly in one place from the start. The unnecessary stress, extra cost, and poor handling of the situation made this an unfortunately very disappointing experience, especially when one thoughtful nurse showed that better judgment and patient care were possible.
Ashley Reed 2 months agoReally great urgent care experience, one of the best! Didn’t wait too long. All staff was great! MA Johnathon was nice and Dr. Miwa was also very personable and really nice! He actually seemed happy to be here and see patients! I liked that 🙂 sincerely Thank you both for making it a comfortable great experience!
