The clinic staff was efficient and the testing process was quick, but I was disappointed with the doctor interaction. The visit felt extremely rushed - the doctor spent only a few minutes with me and did not take much time to explain my symptoms, answer questions, or provide reassurance. For a visit that cost over $200, I expected more patient care and communication. While I understand urgent care can be busy, I would have appreciated a more attentive and thoughtful consultation.

I think the front receptionist could be a little nicer in how she speaks to people, I rarely come to this clinic as it is and when I walked in I had no idea that you had to pick up a clipboard and write down your info BEFORE signing in on their little kiosk screen. So she speaks to me in a rude tone that I needed to grab a clipboard first before I did anything else. Ok well she could’ve said it in a nicer way, but I know this receptionist has been here for a long while. And she’s still the same, she’s black and I wonder if she doesn’t like women or doesn’t like Mexican women (I am Mexican) she just gives off that vibe to me. I can read it on people. The doctor I saw today was very pleasant and never gave me any sort of attitude. The intake nurse however, I felt the same dismissive vibes from her as well, when I was explaining some of the things that were bothering me, she did cut me off in the middle of my talking, I didn’t like that at all. Why is this allowed in the medical field?? Where we aren’t going to feel comfortable even coming in to this clinic at all! I think I’ll go to another clinic then since I doubt anything will be done about their behavior here. Pathetic!

Terrible experience. I checked in online, and it said there were zero patients ahead of me and no wait time. When I arrived, the waiting room was empty, and I could see nurses and staff in the back not doing anything. I asked for an ETA and was told they couldn’t give me one. Eventually, it felt like they started avoiding me altogether—at one point, they even left the front desk completely unattended. After waiting 40 minutes with no updates, I left. I was clearly frustrated, and the man at the front desk didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to check on the delay, and didn’t make any effort to help. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing—especially considering I was in a lot of pain. To make matters worse, I was still charged even though I was never seen by a provider.

The lady at the front had a bad attitude, and said they would not add restrictions to my doctors note when I have a BROKEN FINGER, because the incident didn’t happen at work. Not sure who was at fault for that, but that’s insanely inaccurate. I did not feel like going back and forth with her because she didn’t listen. I went to a different company urgent care and got a note with restrictions within 20 minutes. Never ever going back here. X-ray technician was very nice and polite though.

This place charged me $350 after insurance for an STD test and never sent the results or posted them to my account, are we serious ?! What is wrong with this place. Want to know what they billed my insurance over $1400 for an STD panel only with pee not blood are we serious ? these are usually FREE at a health clinic for both blood and pee. Do NOT GO HERE I repeat again choose anywhere else burn another day this is fraud cancel that wait line turn around they gonna get you and don’t you dare pay with credit card they are gonna keep auto charging your account for a new fee that came back from their billing
