I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care – South Congress. I came in for stitch removal and an X-ray for my neck and back, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The provider took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of without feeling rushed. I’m from out of town and working in the area for a few weeks, so it was especially reassuring to find a place that was this reliable and easy to work with. It made the whole situation a lot less stressful. It’s not always easy to find urgent care that’s both quick and genuinely attentive, but this location really delivered. I’d definitely come back here if I need care again. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care! The appointment system was super easy to use, and I was able to book an appointment quickly without any hassle. When I arrived, the wait was short and they got me in right away. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. It made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

Only waited 30 min as a walk-in. Staff was helpful and informed. Overall positive experience. Have been to this location twice and would come back again. Recommend checking in virtually beforehand but if you don’t you can easily check in upon arrival.

Kenny, Nancy, Anjanique, & Damaris were very nice and made me feel welcomed to this new office. I am from Corpus Christi and this place is Tops in customer service! Highly recommend.
