The staff members at the red river location were quick. The tech Hannah was gentle with my son during triage and the provider Victoria was great at entertaining my son during her evaluation. Thi was also very kind and welcomed us with a big smile. Job well done

Thank you Next Level Urgent Care for your help with assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and getting a plan in place on what to do next. Has ability to do X-rays without sending you somewhere else & can give you a disc/cd to take to whoever you need to see next. The Front Desk Staff, Nurse Practitioner, and Medical Assistants are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The Nurse Practitioner was patient when a decision had to be made giving us time to make the best decision for us in our situation. Thank you all for being here.

I came in with a broken arm on a Sunday morning without an appointment and was warmly greeted and promptly cared for. The entire team provided excellent care and service. No emergency department needed or thousands of dollars in copays or deductibles. I am incredibly grateful.

This was the best urgent care experience I have had! Each staff member was so kind and professional. The guy at the front desk (I believe his name was Josh) greeted everybody when they walked in, was super friendly and went out of his way! As soon as I was done with my paperwork I was brought to the back. The tech was nice and friendly. And the NP was extremely kind, explained everything and let me ask all my questions without feeling rushed. They also have called me multiple times after appointment making sure different things were settled. I normally do not write reviews but am a healthcare worker myself and find it hard to find good care with a good team:))

Victoria and all the staff I interacted with were wonderful. Fast turn around, clear dialogue, and even told me that if the symptoms I was dealing with persisted post prescribe to come back within 48 hours and they’d take care of me without an additional charge. Wonderful clinic with wonderful staff!
