I was very disappointed in the care I received. I felt like I was being dismissed. I had X-rays and was told they were not sure if there was a fracture or not and sent me home with no meds for pain. I had 2 weeks of intense pain.

I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. While the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the actual medical care fell far below expectations. I was barely evaluated during my visit and was quickly told to go elsewhere for a scan without any real explanation or effort to investigate my condition. It felt rushed and dismissive, especially when I was told that their scan wouldn’t be useful because they were closing soon—despite the fact that I was there well before closing time. I wasn’t offered any prescriptions to get for my pain in the future. Overall, it felt like I was being pushed out the door rather than cared for. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst urgent care experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be returning.

Irresponsible doctor , After my son visited and had an Xray , the staff said the doctor will call when the results are in , And after a week when i called they said Dr is busy and coudnt get time to call back , Busy for 1 week is this urgent care or something else ? , Hope less service i recommed not to visit this location .

Incompetent staff, time wasters from the front desk staff to the doctor(?), at least I think he was a doctor. He had an unwillingness to help.There are great urgent care chains in the area. I’ve reviewed one and gave it 5 stars. There are other good ones. Choose one of those.

Where’s their medical ethics? They charged me $180, and told me they will treat me as if I had a urinal infection even though my symptoms had nothing to do with it (those are the exact words the doctor told me), and she prescribed antibiotics. Antibiotics are to be careful. What doctor prescribes antibiotics when they know you don’t need them at all?? They did the urinalysis even though they knew that exam was helpless for the symptoms I had. I had gastritis and dizziness. I told her “what about the gastritis and dizziness???” And she said “you can find medicine for that in any pharmacy”. Really???? How can a person like that have a license to be a doctor and prescribe any medication? I did not fight at that moment because I wasn’t feeling good at all. But I really would like to get my money back.
