Service was fine, provider did good, but the medical institution is not structured well. They make it incredibly difficult to get a statement to submit claims to your insurance. It's very hard to talk to anyone there about your treatment plan or get clarification on what is expected. The automated system is trash, provides very little information, and doesn't say when and/or how to acquire it. The hours are very unaccommadating, only primetime work hours or your not going to be able to do anything. It's been such a hassle to acquire this information. There're no emails to reach out to. The number provided is just the trash automated system. It should not be this hard to get a receipt

Making an appointment and check-in was easy. I was seen by Pamela Pierce and she did a great job of making me feel heard when I expressed my symptoms, did thorough testing and also made me feel well informed on my diagnoses. I was given an informative packet to take home to help me through my recovery. I really appreciated the fact that they were quite busy and she still took the time to answer all my questions. I've had really poor experiences at other urgent cares where they were in such a rush, I didn't even get my temperature taken. My experience here was a breath of fresh air and I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

I had an amazing experience at texas medclinic today! The staff was super friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. My appointment started right on time, dr chapa. ana and ericka were so attentive, knowledgeable, and really listened to my concerns. I felt genuinely cared for and left with a clear plan for my health. Highly recommend!

Dr. Odessa Hernandez is an exceptional doctor who is highly knowledgeable and caring, and will accurately diagnose and treat your condition. She thoroughly examines and assesses the patient. Dr. Odessa Hernandez is a masterful and stellar doctor!

They were amazing truly some of the best care I’ve received at an urgent care. The team was kind, attentive, and didn’t stop until they figured out exactly what was going on with me. I felt genuinely taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend!
