The male receptionist at the front desk was very helpful. He also fixed my credit card issues since I use the wrong card. I did not have to wait too long to be seen. The nurse who checked me in was very friendly and also did not make a big deal out of the fact that I asked not to be weighed. The doctor was knowledgeable and transparent and also atttended to me quickly so that I could get on to a special event. The x-ray technician went upstairs to get a shoe for me so that I did not have to go up there. The whole process could've taken much longer, and I really appreciated that it went smoothly.

One of the worst experiences in a doctors office I’ve ever had. The PA was beyond rude. I left feeling uncared for and never wanting to go back to this facility. The physical therapy department is great, everyone there has been wonderful. The doctors office is not. If you’re looking for a medical group ARC has doctors with better bedside manner. Victory medical is unprofessional. 0/10 do not recommend.

Victory Medical Center staff is absolutely amazing. From the receptionist at the front, to the medical assistant who truly cares about the patients. The next amazing department of Victory Medical is the Pharmacy personnel who are genuinely kind, smart, intelligent and caring to every patient who walks inside their office. If you want an intelligent Physician who truly cares more about your health and less about your money. Go to Victory Medical !

Barbara Bolek is fantastic. I love that she does follow-up calls with test results. That's very important to me. She listens and she's very thorough when her exam. Thank you, Barbara.I appreciate you so much

The wait times are unacceptable. I’ve been waiting over 42 minutes to be seen. Last time I waited over an hour. Someone else waiting just went to the desk and said “I’ve been waiting an hour” Yall need to schedule less patients if you can’t see everyone in a timely manner. I would be fired from my job if I conducted my appointments 45/60 late.
