I went to the clinic around 6:30 a.m. for evaluation of a severe toothache accompanied by noticeable facial swelling. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of a wait time and immediately impressed by the facility's cleanliness and overall atmosphere—it felt more like a well-maintained hotel lobby than a typical medical office. Darcy at the front desk was exceptionally kind, patient, and professional. I had brought three insurance cards, two of which were no longer active, and she worked diligently with me to identify the correct coverage without making the process stressful. Once I was taken back, RN Tiara provided excellent care. As a fellow healthcare professional, I appreciated our conversation and discovered we shared several similarities in our academic and professional backgrounds. More importantly, she took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and ensured I felt heard throughout the visit. Dr. Troxler was equally attentive and respectful. He listened carefully to my symptoms and concerns, discussed the treatment plan clearly, and even accommodated my request to receive an initial dose of oral antibiotics before discharge, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience was extremely positive from start to finish. The staff demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and efficiency, and I felt well cared for throughout the visit. If I require medical attention in the future, I would not hesitate to return. I have no complaints and would gladly recommend this facility to others.

I'm so grateful to this emergency room, all the doctors, nurses, and front desk staff. The clinic is incredibly clean, elegant, and upscale. Everything inside is very advanced, Doctor very Professional . the medical staff are extremely gentle and kind. Plus, you can get your test results right away. I highly recommend this emergency room.

I called before coming to see how everything worked since I have never been to an urgent care type of place, I was greeted on the phone by Ashley at the front desk who was extremely nice and helpful and answered my questions. So I got here, did all of the paperwork, there was no line, so I wasn’t even completely done with my paperwork before being called back, Ms. Angele was my nurse, she was so sweet and nice, Ms. Monica was my radiologist tech, so nice, and caring, and encouraging! Than Dr. Marquez came and boy oh boy! He was a game changer for me, never had such an attentive doctor nor staff, I literally will recommend this place for the rest of my days, and will only ever come back here! Thank you guys for your hard work! I wrote this in the parking lot and before I got here you wouldn’t have gotten that out of me, but omg! You guys need some type of reward or pay raise! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Advanced Er was amazing, the staff was caring professionals with a hint of heart and humanity. Dr king explained everything in detail and the staff did everything they could to fix me. From the ladies who checked me in to the dog loving MRI rad tech, there was nothing but professionalism and care. Thank you Advanced Er Team for helping me make my journey back home a little less painful.

The best ER visit I've ever had! The facility was very clean, the wait time was short, and everyone was attentive and truly listened to my concerns. I especially appreciate the two staff members who took care of me and Dr. Brian King for providing answers about my neck pain and prescribing medication to help. Thank you all for your professionalism, compassion, and excellent care. I highly recommend Advance ER!
