Some weeks ago I had to go here for a severe infection that included a high fever. The lobby was so nice and so was Cindy that assisted me. I was immediately attended to by Nurse Cliff and Assistant Ana. Cliff's bedside manner and accommodating demeanor put me at ease and at times; made me laugh! Ana was pleasant and accommodating as well. The absolute best ER experience ever from all that assisted me. Including George who took my X-ray and especially Dr. Atteberry who was very knowledgeable and made sure I got all the care and answers I needed.

Received the most attentive care from the kindest doctor and nurses. They were timely, careful, considerate, and went above and beyond to lift low spirits. The best emergency care you will find in Dallas.

I can’t say enough great things about the staff, the doctors and the facility. I was in need of care.. and after a quick Google search.. all urgent care facilities were closed until Monday. It’s 9pm on a Sunday by the way. Highland Park Emergency was the only option. But thankfully they were open. I met Cindy at the Front Desk. She was nice and patient with me. She helped me get all the paperwork I needed and in no time I was called back to be seen. Todd was my nurse. He was very friendly and I felt like he cared. He listened to me and help facilitate the tests I.needed. Ana was there to assist him and she did a great job with my culture tests.. as those are not the most comfortable. I was then met my Dr. Butler who was kind and attentive. He gave me a thorough exam and walked me through my tests results and his recommendation for treatment. This is by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had at an ER Facility. I hope I don’t have the need to come back.. but.. if I ever need an emergency visit.. this will be only choice!

This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had in any ER. Cindy got my paperwork completed in 10 minutes, the nurses Chloe and Hallie were waiting in the room and got to work immediately, the doctor came in diagnosed and treated my abscess which needed to be cut and drained within 20 minutes. Dr. Butler had incredible bedside manner and was super efficient with the procedure. I’ve found my go-to ER! Hopefully I’ll never need it but it’s quite reassuring. Thanks all!

Great and Very Nice, Samantha & Nurse's and Doctor was fantastic, explained everything that could be my problem and given solutions and steps to take, Clean rooms and entry area. Listen and gave their options for my Best results, Knowledgeable and Respectful in every way... Will continue to go here over any other place.........
