This has to be the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. I came in with a swollen tongue, trouble swallowing and breathing. I made sure to prepare by scheduling an appointment and having all the paperwork completed before my appointment. After waiting an hour I asked how much longer only to be told it would be a while more. The receptionist did explain they only had one nurse that day, what I can’t understand is why they don’t bother to let any of the patients aware. I took time from my work day to come in, no one told me there was a shortage. Had I known I would have gone somewhere else. I couldn’t wait any longer I had to go back to work. It’s just so unprofessional and infuriating to waste over an hour from my day. I refuse to ever go back to this place. Let alone I had to ask for a refund since they clearly didn’t offer when I told them to cancel my appointment.

My experience this time was great! Reminded me of the City Doc I’ve been coming to for years! Had an ankle injury that I’m still recovering from. The person that checked my blood pressure, took my x rays was so nice and offered so much assistance as I was literally limping around in pain. The PA was kind and knowledgeable (no broken bones thank goodness) but provided information on when I should assess my situation and follow up with PCP or orthopedic provider. I know urgent care can limited sometimes but I’m grateful I was able go get so much service here instead of going to the ER ($$$$$)

Most of the staff was friendly. The main doctor I met with was extremely rude. I could see them making faces while I was trying to explain my symptoms and then they said “Well I don’t know what that is”. They had not checked me at all or anything. I found them to be extremely unprofessional and it was an uncomfortable setting Edit: I complained to CityDoc and their director reached out to me to understand and help resolve the situation. They were extremely apologetic and kind. I appreciated their efforts and attentiveness to the situation.

Scheduled an appointment online the night before when I started feeling real bad. The office was easy to get to and they have a parking lot which is really convenient in uptown. I didn’t wait long after checking in. The nurse and the NP were very friendly and I could tell they had my best interests at heart. I was quickly examined, diagnosed, and prescribed medication to deal with my condition. I would recommend this urgent care if you’re in a pinch and can’t see your normal GP.

I did have to wait a little bit because they were short handed, but the PA (Rey) was so nice. The guy at check in was very nice too, even when this man came back in and started yelling at him. He was relentless and just not a nice person (that return patient not the guy at check-in).
