If I could give zero stars I would. My husband went in 3 days ago for flu & recommended treatment only made symptoms worse. Went back today for appt, scheduled online & went in at appt time to be greeted by a front desk employee watching videos on her phone. She tells us “I should let you know that we don’t have anyone here to see you, no staff.” She said she could call us when it’s time to come back & that the scheduled appointments would just continue to be moved down until someone was available to see them. Within 5 minutes I went online & booked another appt at Texas Health urgent care. Five stars for them, professional & timely. I don’t recommend Baylor for anything at this point, I don’t know why I continued wasting so much time over the years returning here. Quality of care has significantly declined, providers seem nice but also told us “I don’t usually work here so I’ll have to see what they have”. Didn’t feel our health concerns were much of a concern to anyone here.

I took my children to the Magnolia location in Fort Worth, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and understanding. The provider took their time explaining everything and made my kids feel comfortable instead of scared. As a mom, that means everything. We never felt rushed, and I truly felt like they cared about my children’s health. I’m so thankful for the care we received and highly recommend this urgent care to other families. Thank you Dr. Angel and thank you Dr. Heather Telesko . Yall are so amazing on what you do Thank you for everything once again God Bless

The staff's unity among themselves, sets the atmosphere of peace for the patients. They were very pleasant and helpful to all. Those who treated me were amazing. Also the clinic was very clean and well kept. 5 Star!!!

Francisca Ifeanyi Aninye needs to be fired for the way she handles patients. First of all. She was dismissive and barely even looked at me. When my mother, an ACTUAL doctor w a PhD, suggested to her we need antibiotics, this incompetent creature refused and was very rude to us and refused to give me any medicine for a 10 day long cold w horrible sore throat, congestion and fever. All she gave me was a steroid. She should be banned from seeing patients. Shr is rude, dismissive, disrespectful and the most incompetent provider I havr EVER sern in my life and if I have to come back due to my sickness getting worse, she should be fired because it is on HER. HORRIBLE PROVIDER

The BSW Urgent Care center in Fort Worth on Magnolia got me in quickly, ran several tests, and discovered through a chest xray that I had pneumonia in one lung. I was prescribed three medications, and was treated professionally. I would recommend this clinic!!
