Please read the reviews….billing sucks and CS reps need to be educated!! My mom needed to be seen at an assisted living facility for a UTI and while the initial setup was smooth, they will nickel and dime you after the fact!! BE CAREFUL : They will bill you for follow up visits (simple phone convo regarding UTI results) but they have no results to give!! We are sorry there’s been a delay = $25. Ok so let’s reschedule for when you have the results = $25 (oh wait, you billed me for a follow up phone call where you had no results and charged me again to SCHEDULE the next phone call?) That’s our Policy” …. Ok, please cancel the next scheduled phone call = $74. This is what’s wrong with our healthcare system!!

Garbage company. Paid my co-pay, and they did perform the service, despite me having to use my own medical supplies because they “forgot” some of theirs. Then 5 months later without notice or warning, charged my credit card another 185 dollars without consent, authorization, or notice. When it was brought to their attention this is illegal and I told them to refund my money and send an itemized bill, was told no. If you look through their reviews across various platforms, this seems to be a common theme. My guess is most of the positive reviews are fictitious.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Firstly, this service was incredible. It surpassed my expectations. The regular neighborhood doctor I went to switched hours to close earlier than I expected. I was having serious asthma problems and needed attention ASAP. I was frantically looking for a service that wasn't an ER. Oh how happy I was to come across a service that not only comes to you, breaks down the extra cost of care and is super friendly. Alexis, my MA, was AWESOME!!!! I highly recommend her if you plan on using this service. This really helped me out of jam AND saved me money (who doesn't want that?). Loved the modern experience, no waiting with other patients catching other germs and you can track their location in real time. Fantastic!

Never have I ever been able to get the care that I needed in such a fast and very convenient way. I really hope this company goes nationwide especially since I travel a lot. I just want to tell everyone I know about this service. It’s so great and I was able to get the prescriptions I needed and I feel so much better. The nurse came to my apartment with all of her tools and her laptop and I was able to talk to the doctor via Skype and she was able to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I’m just so pleased with this service. I travel to Dallas quite often and I will use this service again and again.

Maggie was excellent! Knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. She arrived on time, didn’t rush the visit, explained what she was doing throughout the process. Dr Valle was terrific as well. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. And, I am a Registered Nurse.
