I came in at 2:30 in the morning with severe pain, and was promptly seen and the appropriate tests and meds were given. The first doctor I had briefly as there was a shift change, but he was very kind. The second doctor, Dr. Zahoor, was amazing. Excellent bedside manner, was able to distract me from my pain with just very friendly conversation. His nurse Tamara was also excellent. Both of them were friendly, personable, accommodating, made sure I was as comfortable as could be. Tamara even gave me the pony tail holder off her wrist when I mentioned I needed one! They also door dashed soup for me for lunch. The two cat scan specialists and the two front desk staff were all very friendly as well! I would highly recommend this er to anyone!

My experience was exceptional! When my husband and I arrived, we were met with warmth and professionalism. Karen, at check-in, was an absolute sweetheart. Ryann and Tamera the nurses who assisted me, provided outstanding care! They were kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful! Ryann even offered a blanket and refreshments. I honestly can’t say enough about them. As for the physician, while I can’t recall his name, that does not reflect the quality of care provided. He was equally impressive and professional! I highly recommend this ER to anyone seeking high-quality care. Oh, and I dare not forget to mention that it was SPOTLESS!!

This is the best ER I have ever been to. They got our baby in super quick and were so compassionate and caring. Dr. Khan and nurse Tammy were so patient with my little one, they were so kind and caring. The facility is clean and organized, they discharge you with a nice folder outlining next steps. Highly recommend this establishment!

Dr. Khan Ahmed was knowledgeable, amazing, took the time to listen to me, asked me more then just one or two questions. All the staff from the front desk to the nurses were all very attentive to my needs, friendly, caring, gentle when came to blood work/ IV, amazing team work, and knowledgeable as well. I recommend everyone come visit the awesome staff at ER of Fort Worth off Heritage Trace and North Beach Street. Thank you all

Dr. Talal did an amazing job taking care of my daughter. He communicated constantly and put our minds at ease. We knew what was happening every step of the way. He’s also very caring and has a great bedside manner. I will absolutely come back for future emergencies. Also shout out to Steve the nurse. He did a great job taking care of us.
