I had a pre-employment DOT drug test done here and was very satisfied with the experience. The staff was professional, polite, and helpful, and the facility was clean and well organized. What impressed me most was how quickly the results were processed — they were sent to my employer within just one day. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience. Highly recommended! 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience i literally took my whole finger nail off and ma lulu was so sweet and had a light hand when administering my shot and dr jenkins was very informative on the treatment and the process of healing 10/10 im never using the er again !!! Come to carenow urgent care they will take care of you!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was scheduled for a 2:00 PM follow-up appointment and arrived early as instructed. Despite having an appointment, I was not called back until after 3:15 PM. Waiting well over an hour past my scheduled appointment time was frustrating and unacceptable. The nurse who took my vitals seemed rushed and short with me throughout the intake process. As a patient dealing with an eye injury, stress, and multiple workers' compensation appointments, I expected a little more patience and professionalism. When the provider came in, the interaction felt cold and dismissive. I was surprised when I was told I needed another follow-up visit, and instead of receiving a clear explanation, I felt as though my concerns were brushed off. The overall experience lacked warmth, empathy, and respect for my time. I understand that healthcare facilities can get busy, but patients deserve communication and courtesy. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time, being rushed through intake, and feeling dismissed during the visit, I left feeling more frustrated than helped. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Came to this location yesterday at 7:45pm knowing they were almost about to close and they welcomed me with open arms. No frown to be seen. They weren’t rushing trying to go home they still until 9 just to make sure my needs were met and I was taken care of. Everybody was so kind, and the doctor was very patient and knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I wish every one of them were appreciated more, it’s not easy working in healthcare especially around this time of year. Be mindful of all healthcare employees. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone!

Ania, Kiera, Yekira & Perla y'all are the real MVPs! 💙 Thank y'all so much for taking care of me today. I'm not sure if y'all hear it enough, but y'all literally changed a life today. 😭 After getting the runaround from other Care Now locations, these four queens actually listened, cared, and went above and beyond to help me. Not only were they professional, but they were funny, reassuring, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Customer service is NOT dead, y'all. 👏🏽!!!!! If you're looking for a Care Now location, THIS is the one. Give these ladies their flowers because they absolutely deserve them. 💐❤️
