Good place for the most part however they had one nurse (Erica) who was incredibly disrespectful. She was in a terrible mood the whole time and was not helpful at all whenever I had any questions. Honestly not sure how she’s still employed with an attitude like that. The rest of the staff were pretty good though.

I have no complaints. These folks took great care of me. Mrs. Holloway was patient with me and answered all of my questions in a way that calmed my spirit. I can't find one fault in her or any of the names listed bellow. I'm sorry that i didn't get all of your last names from the times that i was there on the 23rd and 28th of May. There are times when you end up somewhere you don't wanna be and all you can do is hope it's not a horrible experience. Chrissy, Juliyan, Lisa, and Catherine were absolutely fantastic! They sustained a warm and welcoming environment while stitching my finger back together. It wasn't just how they treated me during my visit, it was their advocacy for other patients that went above and beyond. That's comforting, well done team.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Lisa. I have been waiting months for someone to understand me like she did. My visit was as comfortable as it could be- I’m so relieved. The ladies who helped me check in and get my vitals were also awesome I just didn’t catch their name. This location is wonderful!

Horrible wait times. I checked in online at 11:53. My estimated visit time was 12:35 with 6 people ahead of me. They texted me to come in at 12:45. The online line spot link now says there are now 8 people ahead of me. Huh? Then I walk in, as requested by the text, and the receptionist says it's too early to collect payment. The time keeps changing. 12:57. 1:03. 1:06. 1:13. Finally she calls me up for payment. I ask how long I will have to wait because now I only have 30 minutes before my next appointment. Oh, you definitely won't be done in 30 minutes, you have to continue to wait once in your patient room. I've been to other CareNow locations that didn't have these issues. They are cutting people in line and their wait times are misleading. Go elsewhere!
