We originally went for an id: got confused I did, were visiting family they recommended this location because of you’ll see, and my wife possibly experienced an mi(myocardial infarction), or something associated with that I’m told now. The Staff at this location were incredible were very patient with my wife followed protocol at all professional levels and sent us out the door even more concerned to emergency. Great Service all whom work there. They truly deserve 10 Stars each.

Doctor Williams was great very attentive, empathetic and caring. I would have given the five stars if it wasn’t for her front receptionist. Horrible manners, no drive at all and was acting like her job & the patients were an inconvenience but don’t let that girl hold you from meeting Dr. Williams.

My experience with nurse Simone Washington was disappointing from start to finish. Throughout the entire visit, she came across as dismissive, rushed, and impatient. Any time I tried to ask questions or get clarification, I felt like I was being hurried along rather than listened to. On multiple occasions, she would begin walking away while I was still speaking, making it difficult to even finish my questions. One interaction that especially stood out to me was during my X-ray. I was never asked beforehand whether my bra contained underwire. Instead, after I was already standing in front of the X-ray machine, I was told I needed to remove it. In my past experiences at other urgent care facilities, patients are typically given a private area to change or remove clothing items if necessary. Being asked to do so right there felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. On a positive note, the nurse practitioner who treated me was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain things clearly. She answered my questions, discussed my options, and made me feel much more comfortable. My concerns are specifically related to my interaction with the nurse, not the provider who ultimately treated me.

What a great place! I fell and hit my knee, which immediately turned into a grapefruit. My doctor was out of town, so his office recommended City Docs, as I definitely needed an x-ray asap. I was diagnosed with a pulled meniscus, and sprained knee, but no broken bones, yay! It was easy in, easy out. The staff was very personable and professional. I’m so happy to have this as a medical option, because as we all know, “stuff” happens!

I would rate this clinic one star if I could, as in my opinion it does not meet even basic standards of professional care or patient service.The front desk staff, particularly the Hispanic receptionist, was unprofessional and provided very poor customer service. The administrative staff, who I believe is named Dominic Washington, did not introduce herself and was also unprofessional in her conduct. Overall, the staff appeared disorganized and lacked basic patient communication and respect. Despite being the only patient in the clinic at the time, I experienced an unnecessary delay and overheard staff laughing and engaging in unrelated conversation. The environment did not reflect appropriate professionalism in a healthcare setting. Most concerning, I did not receive any meaningful care, treatment, or assistance during my visit. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to consider alternative providers.
