Went to Complete Care Camp Bowie and had an excellent experience. The entire staff was incredible from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the nurses were kind and attentive, and the doctor was very patient, professional, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell the team there genuinely cares about helping people and making patients feel comfortable. Being open 24 hours is also a huge plus and gives peace of mind when you need care at any time. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience with great service from everyone there. Definitely thankful for the care and professionalism from the entire team.

My experience at Complete Care was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Peters has outstanding bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring you fully understand your condition, treatment options, and necessary follow-up care. You never feel rushed or overlooked, he genuinely wants what is best for your health and well-being. The front desk staff was equally amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, patience, and compassion. She was calm, attentive, and welcoming, taking the time to listen without rushing me. Her caring demeanor immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured that I was in good hands. I also observed as she made an elderly woman feel at ease, who had expressed her nervousness. That truly touched me! It’s rare to find a medical team that combines professionalism, compassion, and genuine care so effortlessly. I honestly wish Dr. Peters was my regular PCP because I would absolutely love to remain under his care. Complete Care has an incredible team, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking attentive, compassionate, and high-quality medical care.

After a long work day and being in pain, on Wed 5/13, Dr Hart and the team at Complete Care Camp Bowie were amazing and so friendly. From the sweet girls at the front desk to the nurses and Dr Hart, they took the time to listen to me and come up with a plan to help relieve my pain. They even sent me a f/u thank you card.

Oustanding care. Dr. Wright, and every member of my care team, was calm, reassuring, kind and helpful. I was seen right away, had my issue quickly resolved, and was provided with information about follow up care. They gave me a list of 24-hour pharmacies so my antibiotics could be filled immediately, and Dr. Wright personally called me to check up a few days later. Could not recommend more!

Went here for Fluid overload with heart failure. Everyone kept asking me why I would come there. Obviously I didn’t have insurance that was acceptable. Not being able to breathe because u have 25 lbs of fluid around your heart and lungs is life threatening. But I left because obviously I can’t afford to be alive anymore. I have been reduced to an insurance claim. My life has no value if I have no money. What happened to do no harm. The nurses were great even though they mentioned my insurance and JPS was right down the road.Ended up passing out a few lights down. Thank God I’m still alive I fear for this country and humanity as a whole. Very sad experience.
