First upon arriving I didn’t have to wait long before some one acknowledged my presence. I was seen immediately at the front desk, they were very welcoming. After given instructions on what to do next my weight for my testing wasn’t long either. Let’s just say from the front desk to the Doctor my visit was great would I recommend others yes I would. Overall experience was excellent. I almost forgot to mention that the establishment is very clean

My husband usually does physical therapy here and loves the staff, except for Crystal. I don’t think she’s a consistent staff member here, but anytime we have an issue it’s always because of her. She often lies about scheduling times so she can leave work earlier i assume, which has caused my husband to go longer without his original appointment vs her scheduling him for a later appointment that same day! I know it’s only her that does this because, anytime we have spoke to other staff members we get rescheduled same day, please fix this issue!

I am no stranger to casintra. Every time I go, it's usually for a medical reason. Or some type of physical, they always give me 101 Attention. And the nurses are very attentive to listening to you. And understanding your needs. They treat you as though you are the only one there and with care and respect, I highly Appreciate and recommend them for any medical needs.....

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I tried to explain to the doctor that I have a history of bronchitis, but my concerns were brushed off and I was told it was just something viral. I didn’t feel listened to at all. I ended up going to another clinic, where I was properly evaluated and diagnosed with a bronchitis flare-up—exactly what I was trying to explain. They refilled my inhaler, and I finally got the care I needed. Patients know their bodies, and it’s frustrating when we’re not taken seriously. I hope this clinic improves how they listen to and treat their patients. 1. Its filthy 2. Smells 3. The lady to the right when you walk in is not people friendly.

VERY friendly nurses and doctors. I filled my medical questionnaire online, which took about 2-4 mins. I waited no more than 10 minutes after it was completed, to be seen by a nurse for height/weight stuff. I believe her name was Cassiana, she was the sweetest, chatted with me the whole time. Afterwards I sat in a room and waited literally 2 minutes before the doctor came and assessed me.
