Choose a different facility if that option is available. Although the staff were very friendly and accommodating, they were not prepared to perform the physical that I needed, which required labs and an ekg. The labs were drawn with to small of a needle, resulting in inaccurate results and for whatever reason my ekg was showing as abnormal. Two days later I went to a different facility, not a Concentra, and repeated the entire physical. Everything was perfect. As mentioned, the staff are very nice, just not great at executing their job.

I sat in here for every bit of 2 hours for a urine analysis. The wait was long with only 2 people , me and another patient waiting. In the waiting area. On another note, the staff was polite. But if you have options on other places, choose the other.

The entire staff was friendly and took care of things quickly once I got back there but the time spent out in the waiting room was entirely too long just for a room full of people to do a drug screening. I was there for at least an hour before being seen.

Started off amazing! the front desk clerk was funny and super friendly , then I was passed to a “nurse” I guess and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. She was rude, extremely disrespectful, she was condescending and made me out to be stupid over a machine malfunction which was later clarified as not my fault, and then she went to the desk and said I was the problem and reported me which could’ve caused me to lose my job after I told her I didn't appreciate how she was acting. The Lady that replaced her was an absolute angel and made the whole situation better again and I left on a good note. I Will never return if I have to be helped by that disrespectful woman again whatever her name is though.

I understand a walk in situation but I also have worked for a doctor for 30 years. I fractured my ankle and per your doctors restrictions I was to be off of it as much as possible. So my 1 week follow up I stood in line for 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment just to be checked in. A sign in sheet would allow the establishment to run more efficiently and allow for the scheduled patients to be checked in on time and/or allow for an injured person to not stand unnecessarily. I also waited an additional 20 minutes after my 3 minutes with the doctor to be checked out and was scheduled an appointment with out being able to agree to the date and time. I was told to call back to reschedule. I waited behind 4 walk-ins with the same group who were needing drug tests. If I had been further along than 10 days after I fractured my ankle I may not be so frustrated with the way this has all been handled. Improvements could be made with just a sign in sheet.
