Last night, I needed emergency care for a hand injury. From the moment I entered, every single staff member starting with Kimmie provided compassionate and professional treatment. Glauco handled my intake with both care and welcome humor, instantly putting me at ease. Mandi was extremely gentle and professional during my her assessment. Just all around great. Ashley at the front desk and billing was not only efficient but also a genuinely kind and understanding person. Finally, the doctor was wonderfully calm, cool, and collected. I truly appreciated his honest communication and excellent bedside manner. Thank you all for your invaluable help, you are deeply appreciated!

No lie, they are my new safe space! I was greeted by an amazing smile who checked me in! Kelcie was the best I have encountered and I have been to so many facilities with all that goes on with me! Clean in every room! All of the staff was awesome and friendly! Seriously, happy I found them on Google! Wish I would known about them in the past! Did I say the staff was so nice! The Doctor looks like John Cena and my hubby brought that up.. we laughed, I got my discharge papers and was happy to have had a Doctor with good bedside manners! Top tier patient care! I said it and I don't lie about things like this! Love love

I had a really positive experience at this urgent care facility during my first visit. I went in feeling pretty miserable after coming down with the Flu, the staff took excellent care of me from start to finish. Everyone was kind, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The medical team was attentive, listened carefully to my symptoms, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. They explained everything clearly and provided the treatment and guidance I needed to start feeling better. Even though I wasn’t feeling my best, they made the experience as easy and reassuring as possible. I’m very grateful for the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this facility to others.

I had a great experience at iCare ER & Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The medical team was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease any stress I had. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that they truly care about their patients’ well-being. Overall, the entire team was supportive, kind, and attentive. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality care with a personal touch.

My first time here. Went out an infect finger from cutting deep on my cuticle. My wait to triage was less then 15 min . My wait for the Dr 15 min.. prescribed my antibiotics and explained what I need to do and out the door. He made sure I understood since I’m hearing impaired.. LOVED THE ATTENTION AND ALL! IM A BUSY WOMAN SO THIS WAS A GREAT FIND 💯
