The hospital and staff was amazing! I stayed about 5-6 day and everyone from nursing to housekeeping were wonderful! One in particular was the housekeeping lady Izeta Evs! She was the most considerate, had a smile on her face while she was doing her job and very lovely lady! You’re lucky to have her employed with you! I couldn’t find the Excellence Award box, so I posted here in photos.

I came to medical city to get checked for a potential DVT, which I was diagnosed with. after being admitted, I spent 31 hours in the ER waiting for a room, then when I finally had one it was given away. it also took 3 hrs to get pain meds in the middle of the night. We also didn’t get a ton of information about my treatments until they were happening. once I finally got into a room, things went uphill a little bit. Location was convenient, overall staff was kind

Everyone was so professional and very nice. I was in Dallas for vacation and really not how I wanted it to go. I ended up having to have surgery. The whole staff from the nurses to the aids were so nice!! Also shout out to Texas EMS for the ride from Granbury to FtWorth! And your correct it ain’t a Cadillac!😀. And thank you for taking care of my Aunt Chubby also!!

This is a great hospital. The staff is friendly though I would speed up the process & not make the patients ESPECIALLY in ER feel as if this is your job. A mondane position that they have grown used to. They are all friendly but an emergency typically deals heavily in pain. Is overly important to hurry meds for the pain. Last week I also didn’t get a room for over a day & felt uncomfortable sleeping in the hallway overnight while evening & early morning maintenance workers used machines to mop floors & extreme noise in this recent experience. The doctors should also spend more than 3-4 minutes with the patients because often if not every time the docs visit once & often times if not most times they provide different information to the nurses versus the info they go over with the patients. Way too often the nurses are trying to text a doctor about meds & eating diets which should have been handled prior to the doctors extremely quick visit with the patient because although the nurses are fantastic it can be annoying when you have a patient that’s older or in pain or others staying overnight & the nurse literally has no clue what you & the doctor discussed. I know that marine protocol but patients in pain need immediate & constant pain meds. But besides the communication between patients to doctor to nurse & the time last week where I felt extremely uncomfortable sleeping in a hallway my experience overall have been good! I highly recommend & have recommended this hospital. Thank you all for your continued help & progress.

If i could rate zero i would . 5 1/2 hours 2 blown veins and absolutely no treatment. Reasoning from the dude i believe his name is nathan was that there were other more critical patients but during our hour and a half in the waiting room my grandma and i both heard a nurse say “they let me leave early because its slow” and watched her leave . Never again will I be back nor will i recommend. added pic of my right arm - the first vein blown - hurts and bumped up still pretty bad 2/18/26 1:26 pm edit.
