Refused to give me my flu and covid vaccine and has no records of the last one they gave to me. Had my hight significantly wrong at 4' 7.0 when I am clearly visibly so much taller than that. They also did not measure me I had to verbally tell them which my guess could be wrong because I am not the one who is the doctor.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. They send every single inbound call to voicemail. There is no way to get directly in touch with the office staff. I am playing constant phone tag with the receptionist and have left three voicemails over the last three weeks that have not been responded to about labs I am questioning were ever even sent. I also needed a referral and the doctor I was referred to a doctor that wasn’t even capable of doing the surgery I am needing. When I requested a new referral, they refused to give me the name of the doctor they were referring me to. They told me this doctor would reach out and it has been almost three weeks with no calls. Save your time and money for an office that actually cares about its patients and pays more people to answer the phones in the front office.

Future patients BEWARE!! i have had several billing, prescription refill issues, and communication issues with this clinic. One example of note is recently on the 17th of February 2026 i had made an appointment to get a work release form filled out, just a simple check up to give my company the all clear for me to return to work. However, at the end of my visit i was billed $40 for FMLA paperwork. I did not think anything of it at the time and just paid the receptionist. However later on i realized a mistake had been made in that i did not need or have the provider fill out any FMLA paperwork, just a signature on separate paperwork clearing me for work. THE PROBLEM!! is that i have called this clinic multiple times and left multiple voicemails only for them to never be returned. And when i did one time get ahold of someone in billing she said "let me transfer you to the clinic" and then hung up on me. I have yet to get them to answer my calls since then. Other billing issues have been not charging the full amount for the visit or not at all and then charging me later through a mailed request for payment. Upon reading other reviews of this location this call avoidance strategy seems to be a common practice. Besides the scam like behavior, the parking is not friendly to anyone who cant handle a 15° - 20° incline you must walk from the parking garage to the office. However they will validate your parking so at least you don't have to pay for that. I am already anticipating the AI response of sympathy/apology for my visit and experience.

The staff is kind, the Dr was professional and was able to help me with my ailment. Unfortunately they did not inform me that this is a Primary Care office that takes walking like an Urgent Care. Though they are in network for my insurance, they have to bill as a Primary Care, and since they aren’t MY primary care my insurance didn’t pay for the visit so I am stuck with paying out of pocket. They will take good care of you, but make note, though you hardly see a patient here this is NOT an urgent care.

One thing I like about this location is that my provider, Dr. Ray, is knowledgeable and friendly. However, many other things to dislike about this location. It’s poorly ran. I’ve been coming here about a year now and can never trust the place to hold up to their standards. Multiple times, I have had scheduled appointments first thing in the morning. Every one of those times, the staff walks in 5-10 minutes after my appointment time, causing a delay in me being seen. I can only imagine how this delay snowballs and affects other patients throughout the day. On 2 occasions, I’ve had to walk out of the office and reschedule appointments due to waiting over 30 minutes after my appointment time. Another 2 occasions, my appointments were automatically rescheduled the office themselves, a day before my appointment. (One of those rescheduled appointments was after the office was closed, and I could not call to work it out with the office). The tipping point for me was that they couldn’t get a simple referral through to a specialist, forcing me, the layman, to go back and forth between practices. Though this location is conveniently placed in the middle of downtown, they made me feel undervalued on multiple occasions and don’t really seem to give 2 farts about the well being of their patients. It seems they only show up when it’s convenient for them. For these reasons I suggest anyone thinking about becoming a patient here to consider other options, and I will not be returning myself any time soon.
