I had an outstanding experience at Surepoint Emergency Center in North Fort Worth. From the moment I arrived, the medical staff treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They made me feel like my care and well-being were their highest priority throughout my visit. Dr. Delaughter provided exceptional care and took the time to ensure all of my concerns were addressed. His expertise, along with the dedication and professionalism of his staff, made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Every member of the team was attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing excellent patient care. If I ever need emergency medical treatment again, I would not hesitate to return to Surepoint Emergency Center. Dr. Delaughter and his team set a high standard for quality care, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking prompt, professional, and compassionate medical attention.

Amazing care from the moment I walked in the door! The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She made the registration process quick and seamless, and I was taken back very quickly. The nurse, rad tech and doctor were all very prompt, and they all treated me with kindness and respect. I felt as if they all truly cared about my visit, and providing me with the best possible care. They kept me laughing, made sure I was comfortable and went above and beyond to take care of me. I went in feeling apprehensive, and left feeling so much better. If you want excellent, thorough care, go to this Surepoint!!

We were welcomed by a friendly registrar, Elisabeth, and were promptly greeted by the nurse Trisha, radiology tech Sidney and Dr Delaughter. There was an on call ultrasound technologist who arrived quickly and performed examination. Altogether this facility was a smooth visit from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was so kind and gentle. I was seen within 5 minutes and helped. Dr. Wilson, Nurse Christi, the rad tech Jackie and Ms. Hilda were the best staff I’ve come in contact with so far in my medical journey. They made my night so much less stressful and eased my fears. I truly appreciate them

The people here are so amazing, sweet and caring. I was already having a horrible morning and they made me feel so much better and sympathized with me on top of the pain I was having. The nurse Rachel and the ladies at the front desk were amazing as well as the doctor. I felt safe and cared for by all of them. Big thank you for making my day better
