Iris vargas 2 months ago10/10 recommend! Dr. Chien was amazing, very straightforward. Nurse Renl was very sweet. Loved her. Rad tech,Clarl also sweet! Admin Allen was funny and also easy going. They all were helpful and I would definitely come again.
Kennedy Hess 3 weeks agoNew to the area and needed to go to a freestanding ER for a broken foot. Went to TotalCare ER and could not speak more highly to my experience. As someone who works in healthcare, I can confidently say they provide some of the most care! Was so pleased with my experience, they were quick, kind, and so helpful! Will definitely be recommending!! Dr. Chein, Mariela, RN, Rich, RT and front desk Chelsea were amazing!!
Leia a month agoI have never left a review for a health care setting. But I've just settled in for the evening and I haven't been able to stop thinking about the amazing care my husband received tonight !!! From the front to the BACK! The nurses and the doctor was a blast we left with no questions ! We didnt have to honestly everyone communicated the same thing to us very professionally . We listened to music while my husband got his stitches such a relaxed environment 10/10 The staff matched each other's energy and it was very refreshing to see EVERYONE was funny awesome team !!! Thank you!!!
Kristen Marshall 4 months agoI became ill late at night while visiting from out of town for a conference. I was treated swiftly with care, dignity, and respect. I wish I could remember the name of the man who cared for me because he was so kind, always smiling, and kept conversation light yet professional. Even though I was very sick, I felt at ease. Thank you to the TotalCare team!

So grateful for each of them and for making an icy and snowy trip to the ER an amazing success. Thanks to you all, just an all around great experience in a very stressful situation.
