This was my first visit and here. I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t get an appointment with either of Drs. A co-worker recommended this place and it was close to my job. Everyone was so welcoming and polite. Wait time wasn’t long at all. Although it’s a lil drive from my house, I’d take the drive to come here again. Great experience.

CareNow on Broadway is my new favorite healthcare provider. They saw me quickly, ran several tests onsite, and provided the prescriptions I needed. I ran into pushback from my pharmacy re: insurance issues, and they telephoned the pharmacist to push the process forward. Staff are personable, professional, and efficient. My visit was a caring and friendly experience.

Want to give the staff a shoutout at the Alamo heights location at the care now urgent care. The receptionist Alexis. And the MA Salma and the MD Ms. Chang all were excellent and very friendly and understanding. They made me feel very welcomed in the atmosphere and I didn’t feel embarrassed for going in. I highly recommend this location. staff is great. 👍🏽

Staff were extremely nice. Had the pleasure of seeing NP Geneve Mendoza-Olguin & she exceeded all expectations with her attention to detail and good bedside manner. Staff had my prescriptions sent maybe 30 mins after leaving. Would highly recommend.

Very clean clinic receptionist was super sweet and helpful. No wait at all. The dr. was amazing. She even remembered me from a previous visit and I do not go that often so that really meant a lot to me. I Highly recommend !!!!
