I've never been to an Urgent Care Clinic. As it was my first visit, I will give the staff and Doctor a 10 score. Everyone was professional and courteous. I didn't have a ride to the facility and Uber was provided. Thank you for your care. I am confident that I will get better soon..

It was a unsatisfactory urgent care visit. I walked in with a bloody white tshirt from where my cyst has been draining for 3 days. I wear a white tshirt instead of bra because of location of cyst and to help keep the spot sanitary instead of exposed to clothing and sweat. The PN looked at it, measured it and pressed on it. I told her its been draining for 3 days and Im worried about mrsa. I told her I have appt but dont want to wait 2 weeks. She gave me a sooner appt. Then wrote in report it was NOT draining. That is a false report.

I am don't believe me and utterly satisfied with the fine care that all the localities of Gonzaba have to offer. I feel so much at home in the hands of the caring people to consider their job a family. Gonzaba is the best thing that ever happened since a shot or the beginning of medicine. I wholeheartedly want to thank everyone at Gonzaba for their warm reception and care.

Truly disappointed after being received by a FNP in urgent care. (Her name is Barbara Tuitele) super dissatisfied with my experience for urgent care and was hoping to be received by an actual doctor. After explaining that my pain/discomfort was around a 7 and I had migraines and felt like I was getting a fever. All I was given was a small pack of Tylenol and an allergy pill and told I just needed rest. (What she gave me didn’t help what so ever and felt neglected on being taken care of) and having the audacity to tell me “so what would you like for me to do in specific” like you’re the one attending me? Truly don’t understand.

My visit went great! Arrived to a packed waiting area. Greeted by receptionist and was very pleasant and helped me with a smile. I was called in and the wait wasn't too long. The gentleman who took my temp, weight and blood pressure was super awesome happy and very friendly. Nurse practitioner who helped me was also super nice and caring! Veronica who administered my shot, was amazingly sweet and very caring and let me just say she was super gentle! My visit was awesome!
