My husband recently had a procedure done, and we had an excellent experience. Nayeli, PA, was absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Everyone treated us with kindness and respect, and the level of care we received was outstanding. Thank you, Nayeli, and the entire team for providing such exceptional care. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this practice.

Everyone was friendly, even funny. I knew it wasn’t serious but didn’t want to wait to get a script from my doctor. Dr. Luna was great - relaxed, respectful, willing to respond with a witty saying. The receptionist has been there for several years. I believe she also is the radiographer? Anyway, couldn’t have been nicer. They were busy. But pleasant and smiling. Love going here for the “small stuff” that can be addressed NOW rather than waiting days to weeks for my PCP.

Made an appointment over the internet from their webpage. Arrived early. Seen 15 minutes before my appointment. 5 stars so far! Writing this review from the exam room. Very friendly crew!

I used to go to your location on Broadway, which the service there was awesome as well but this is my second visit at your facility and everyone there is so sweet polite very detailed and to the point I walked in yesterday waited at least six minutes before I was taken to the back The process was awesome. They took care of me like no other trying to get me better and out as quick as possible thank you for everything that you do. I am at home now resting hoping to feel better soon. Thank you for all the service you provided for me you guys are awesome

The staff at the Olmos location are top tier. I went a few minutes right before they opened and they still let me sit in the waiting room until they did. The woman at the front desk was super sweet and had a wonderful smile. The nurse who took my blood was super sweet and did it super fast (normally I’m very squeamish). The doctor who did my annual was also very quick and thorough. She even answered my questions about what they look just because I was curious. Will definitely make this my go to location.
