Went in on Saturday for a carbuncle draining. Afterwards I was told by the health provider to come back in two days for bandage cleaning and removal, I asked the staff several times if I needed to make an appointment for Monday’s cleaning. They informed me that it wasn’t necessary and that the visit wasn’t going to cost anything. Today which is Monday; I went in as a walk in. When I got to the lobby. I was told that they weren’t going to be able to clean my bandages today since they were busy. I’m just going to acquire my own lidocaine and clean my own wounds.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely would recommend to come to this one, the girl at the front desk was so nice and answered all my questions and gave good suggestions. The other girl who helped me get situated in the room was so nice. And my doctor was super nice and he definitely helped and gave great advice as well. Thank you guys!!!! Definitely a lot more caring than an actual ER

I know I was extremely ill and could barely get any words out. I just want to thank the staff for taking such great care of me. From the young lady who checked me in being very patient and kind. I was immediately taken back by a kind young man who took my vitals and even gave me my shots. They were kind enough to even offer me a blanket, let me turn off the lights to rest a bit while my tests were being ran. The doctor who took care of me showed me such compassion and care. I've been to many urgent cares and hospitals but I must say this was truly one of the best experiences. All of you were absolutely excellent. Even the fact that it was 2 o'clock in the morning that I was being seen, you all didn't miss not a single beat! For that I am truly grateful. Thank you for your care and your service. You all are wonderful healthcare professionals. I wish I would've asked for your names but I hope you all know I am beyond grateful for your care you gave me last night!!

This is a tricky review because I was able to book and be seen smoothly. The doctor I saw was attentive and kind. My whole visit was seamless which was great, however... the post visit nightmare that we have had with them is so aggravating, I would say it's not worth your time going to this location. I filled out paperwork, paid my co-pay, and have for the past month proceeded to be inundated with texts telling me I still owe. My husband has called them three times and they have told them they filed, but then when he called our insurance, they said they have not received anything from Texas Med Clinic. When he called them back just now to confront their story, they said they didn't have an address, so they couldn't file. He told them that our physical cards did not list a physical address. In a digital age, you would think they would have whatever address they need on file for Blue Cross, Blue Shield. Our insurance literally runs out on Thursday, and we better not be held liable for payment when they have dragged their lazy butts in filing what should be a straightforward visit (not x-rays, no casts or boots or crutches). Just a negative strep test. The utter incompetence is maddening.

I wish I could give them zero stars. We had an emergency and called ahead to confirm that they accepted our insurance. They told us over the phone that they did, so we went to their location. Once we arrived, they said they do not accept our insurance and turned us away. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help or showing any understanding of the situation, they treated us with no empathy at all. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially during an emergency.
