The staff here is AMAZING. Had taken a friend there a few years ago and was so impressed with the service. I had an incident myself and immediately thought of this location as a safe place where I had no doubt I would be taken care of. The entire team quickly reminded me of the 5 star service I had experienced years ago. HUGE thanks to the MVPs, Dr. Chin, Dr. Lumbreras, Johnny, Celeste, and Marissa for getting me up and running quickly!

I’ve been a dedicated patient of Complete Care since the days of the De Zavala location and have also received exceptional care at the Bandera facility. While every experience has been positive, this location has provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, especially during the stress and uncertainty following my accident. Dr. Tate and Dr. Fernandez are the epitome of compassionate care. They not only made sure I was medically well, but also went above and beyond to ease my concerns about recovery, my return to work, and my follow-up care with my primary physician. Their kindness and attention made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. What truly stands out is that this culture of compassion extends throughout the entire staff. Every interaction was met with professionalism, empathy, and genuine concern. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care I received and highly recommend Complete Care to anyone seeking exceptional medical attention.

Was in need of emergency care and didn't want to sit for hours in the ER at a hospital. I remembered seeing this place on Broadway while on the bus, and so I checked the reviews here on Google. And all the positive reviews were all I needed. They made the check in process quick, and within an hour I was in and out. The staff is amazing, and Dr Roth was great. Since I live close by this will be my go to spot for emergency care. Keep up the great work guys.

After recently being involved in an automobile accident. From the moment I arrived, Marissa at the front desk was incredibly friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Her kindness made a difficult situation much more comforting during a time when I was in significant pain and discomfort. Celeste in radiology was also outstanding and made the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible despite the circumstances. Her professionalism and care really stood out. Dr. Christina Lumbreras was prompt, attentive, and very clear in explaining the next steps for my treatment. She acted quickly to help begin relieving my pain and made me feel confident that I was receiving excellent care. Overall, my experience at this clinic was exceptional. While no one wants to visit an emergency clinic, the entire staff made me feel cared for, supported, and comfortable throughout the process. If you are looking for compassionate, efficient, and professional emergency care, I highly recommend this establishment.

Absolutely excellent experience in every way. All staff from front desk to medical team were very caring and attentive. I had total clarity the whole time on next steps and timing. Assessment was very thorough. Can’t recommend this ER clinic enough.
