I have been to AFC Urgent Care several times over the last couple of months and I am pleased to say that I am truly impressed and grateful to them. I am very grateful for the kind front desk staff, knowledgeable and well equipped providers, as well as a clean environment. I especially want to recognize the amazing Medical Assistants Carolyn and Brittany, the incredible X-Ray tech Theresa, and the wonderful providers Kim, Natalia, and most recently Jenalee. I also want to mention that I am never waiting for hours to be seen. The service is quick and efficient, yet they still catered to my specific needs and were able to provide excellent care. 10/10 I do recommend.

came in with respiratory problems, tried to catch it early, been sick the past two days. been hospitalized with sickness several times due to asthma. recurring problem of doctors everywhere not listening to their patients or taking us seriously. today they said there is nothing wrong and to just take otc medications. would be nice to have offered any type of advice or medication, dr. looked at me like i was crazy when I expressed concern. just would stick with patient first next time, doctors are more willing to listen and typically more professional. if they would help give ANYTHING for sore throat, cough, congestion, better and cheaper than otc medications, would have been worthwhile as i came and spent over an hour, mostly waiting. you will be in and out of patient first faster too. just comparing to treatment i’ve received elsewhere, would not recommend or return to AFC. even if she didn’t feel medication was necessary, there is a way to treat patients professionally without trying to make them feel crazy. anything more would have been helpful, bare minimum treatment here. front desk was nice, about it.

I am a traveling VA patient from Colorado healthcare system, and was referred to this urgent care since I am currently staying closest to this facility. The staff were wonderful! I showed up close to closing time, but they were on top of everything. They immediately confirmed that I was approved by the VA to receive care from them, had my paperwork ready for me to complete, took my biometric measurements, and consulted with me regarding my reasons for the visit. They gave me great care and treated me as if I was the first appointment of the day. All of the staff from the front desk to the medical professionals in the back, and the doctor treating me were very attentive, caring, informative, and helpful. I was in and out with my concerns addressed thoroughly in 30 minutes. Smiles all around and truly grateful for their care!

I just wanted to thank you all for the care and service you gave me. I came in for a Workmen’s Comp claim, and I have honestly never seen a friendlier, more compassionate group of people — especially when someone is in pain. I noticed that my approved Workmen’s Comp locations didn’t include your office, but you still went above and beyond to help me. You were able to assist with getting my X-ray and treating my injury, and that meant more than you know. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to go. Thank you again for your kindness, professionalism, and the way you treated me.

Kaila at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She checked my insurance and said I didn’t need to rewrite all of the details since I had the same insurance 2 years ago when I was her on vacation before. Carolyn, my triage nurse was a funny, compassionate and upbeat young lady. She encouraged me to write a review of I was satisfied with my service today. She also, promoted Kaila at the front desk because she said that’s where great patient care begins. Personally, I think Kaila and Carolyn are exceptional employees who both exhibit genuine fantastic patient care, enthusiasm, and professionalism! Thank you both and AFC Urgent Care for recognizing what matters most to people who come here for help!!
