Last June 3 I went to Urgent care to see a doctor. When I entered the reception the staff greeted me and asked me what’s the reason of my visit. She gave me a form to fill out then an LPN took me to the back. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and a jolly person. After she was done taking my v/s the doctor came in to see me. She is very professional and accommodating. She took care of me right away. I received an excellent service from all the staff. Thanks a lot Urgent care staffs for being nice and friendly. That’s what we needed for especially if we are not feeling well. Kudos to all of you! 🥰

Got there early, so no waiting. Was greeted quickly and after checking in the nurse took me back and the info gathering. Dr. came in shortly later, discussed my situation, recommended plan and proceeded quickly to address my issue. Great service, courteous and very professional.

I visited this urgent care this past Saturday 14 and overall I had a very good experience. When I first arrived, the front desk took my name, but shortly after another patient came in with her daughter and I was asked to sit down while they were attended before me. As more people arrived, I had to stand up and make eye contact to be called again. I believe the check-in process could be improved to make it more fair and organized for everyone. That said, the medical care I received was outstanding. The nurse and doctor Chow were absolutely wonderful — kind, professional, and very efficient. They made the pre- up process smooth and stress-free, explained everything clearly, and ensured all the required tests and paperwork were completed properly. This team in the back is exceptional, and with a small improvement at the front desk, the experience would be perfect.

I’ve never seen a doctor’s office like this before! Very unclean and unsanitary. When I spoke with the doctor, he just justified it by saying they share the offices. I do not recommend this place.

I love going to Now Care, the staff is friendly, and the wait is minimal. I love seeing Dr. Chou. He is by far, my favorite physician. Everyone in my family loves to go there. I highly recommend them. I have never had a bad experience. I have been a patient, since 2009.
