It was a great experience from checking in to seeing the doctor. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Being able to make an appointment is definitely a plus. Dr. Muhammad always takes his time - I never feel like he's rushing. His treatment is explained fully. I highly recommend Bon Secours Urgent Care..

It’s my second visit to this urgent care. They are so professional. The medical staff are very attentive and don’t rush through the exam. You’re very caring. I had to pay out-of-pocket because I don’t have insurance and it was very reasonable.

The staff was AMAZING, from the person checking me in at the front desk to the nurse Kimberly taking my vitals to Dr. Muhammad. AMAZING is an understatement. I felt comfortable, they were all extremely nice and I felt like they cared! For any urgent care needs, I will be returning to this facility. Yes I recommend Dr. Muhammad, he's excellent.

The staff was super helpful, understanding, patient and professional. The check in was all electronically, but once I spoke to the receptionist, the warmth and concerns from her were definitely there. The nurse was super attentive and the doctor was even better.

I arrived after leaving another urgent care facility b/ they were overly crowded. There was noone here and i was checked in, paperwork complete and all insurance information submitted in less than 10 minutes. It was done digitally via a link sent to my phone. I was seen and treated within less than an hour. Dr. Muhammad was very thorough and informative. I will definitely be returning for any urgent needs. Everyone was professional and pleasant!
