Please don’t change anything. This is my second visit to NowCare and I’ve been most satisfied each time. Check in is easy and prompt. I was seen promptly on each occasion. Care was thorough and accurate. NowCare fills a very important niche between PCP and emergency room: those times when you need medical attention right away, but not so seriously as to add to strains on the emergency. I was seen both times by Dr. Al Saadi. I found her very professional and caring.

I went there today to get a form filled out for work…….first off, no one was no was very welcoming at the front desk even though i was (trust me i worked front desk medical for years). Not one said hey good morning or afternoon even though i did. I presented the form and woman came straight out and said oh no doctor said no because it needed the examining doctor who was a doctor at now care to examine me when they didn’t even bother to look me up in their system!! So i went to patient first and they did it with no hesitation and the pa on call was more friendly so…yeah…patient first gets my business and reviews!!

Such a great experience even in a time of pain. Front receptionist was super nice, the nurse was super polite and nice. The X-ray tech was great when taking X-rays and not moving my broken finger in weird positions. The doctor was great and very informative with care and what I needed to do next.

The front desk staff and nursing staff were great. I was seen in a very timely manner . The doctors bedside manner was lacking but I didn’t go to urgent care to make friends. Her exam and history was thorough. Overall good experience.

The checkin process and front desk staff were quick , efficient and friendly. Very little wait time, which was also great. The technician who took my vitals and symptoms was decent as well. The X ray tech was amazing. Very funny and friendly. The doctor however, very monotone, no personality, was not informative at all. I left the office not knowing what was actually wrong with me. He prescribed FIVE MEDICATIONS without giving me a diagnosis. When he was done, he simply handed me a work excuse and began to walk out of the room. I wasn't even sure if this was the end of the visit or not. I followed him out the door of the patient room and asked am I done? Are there post visit notes or my prescriptions? He said u can go everything is electronic now. I have not been there in 5 years, this is afterall an urgent care. I have no idea where to find my record of this visit, so I tried googling what portal they use, and got 2 different answers and was unable to access my visit summary in either one! Very dissatisfied with the doctor. Would never recommend to anyone. Looks like his name was F. DOPP based on my prescriptions. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the 3 staff members who initiated the visit were great. If I could rate only the doctor I would give 0 stars
