I was here a few days ago. I do appreciate the quickness and efficiency - I was in and out in 45 minutes. However, their lack of communication for an urgent care is appalling. I went in around 9am that day, and got tested for Covid/flu They told me I would be notified early afternoon of my results. 3pm rolls around… nothing. I usually am not super urgent about this stuff since there’s a lot going on at an Urgent Care, but I had an immunocompromised family member coming into town. I called and explained the urgency and they told me they’d call me back with the results - they called and said “it hasn’t been sent back yet, we don’t know when.” Then, the next day, I heard nothing from them regarding my results. I have never been to Ascension before, but my past medical providers will either call you or you’ll get an email notification saying your results are ready in MyChart. I heard nothing from them, so I ultimately assume I am negative. I had a random instinct to check my MyChart around 2pm, and I was positive for COVID. I called the nurses to confirm - just because 1. It took almost 24hrs for the results to come in (which seems like a really long time for a covid and flu test), 2. I never got notified about it. The nurse said “we don’t notify patients about test results.” Which seems a little ridiculous… Like I mentioned, they were super efficient, however I the lack of communication and lack of urgency was unprofessional.

I had the most pleasant experience here- I have never been to an Ascension prior, and was relieved with the ample parking, helpful signage, and friendly, courteous staff. The reception, nurse, and my doctors were all incredibly attentive and reassuring. They made me feel heard and validated for the back pain I’m experiencing. The doctor took the time to explain warnings/symptoms to look out for, her prognosis, and further steps of care. I was in and out in a little over an hour. I have UMR insurance and had no issues. Thank you to the amazing staff for such a great experience at urgent care!

I really don't understand all of these negative reviews. I've never had an urgent care treat me with such respect and care. The wonderful PA did a full exam and explained everything he was doing and saw throughout the exam to keep me informed on his thought process with the diagnosis. They went above and beyond and even tested me for strep which was unlikely, but good to cover our bases. They listened to me and my complaints and we development a treatment plan collaboratively, and I was given space to ask any questions. Not to mention, I was brought to a room immediately and wasn't there more than 30mins. The receptionist lady was even super kind and professional. Quick, respectful, and effective care. I will never go anywhere else for urgent care.

Avoid. New to the area, so I didn’t know the bad reputation this urgent care has, it was just close to home. I took my son there where he received X-rays and was told he was fine -just a stubbed toe. As time carried on and things didn’t get better we went to Children’s where they looked at the X-rays Ascension took and his toe was clearly broke in half and infected from toe nail being inverted to the broke wound. Childrens casted and medicated for months following. Luckily he did not get a bone infection which is a risk with salter harris fractures going untreated. Irresponsible and unacceptable, do not come here looking for care. Do not take on medical responsibilities you’re not qualified to treat.

I recently made a visit to this location and couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Greeted at the window by beautiful staff who were professional and kind. Then escorted to my room by Kamyiah. She was a doll and so sweet and kind. All medical staff should be so kind! I was treated by Joshua DeLaRosa,PA and he was professional, also kind, informative and a great listener. Ascension, this urgent care location does you proud! Thank you all… Debrah Bathurst
